Return & Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Return Window

We stand behind the craftsmanship of every decanter, glass, barrel stave, and apparel piece we craft. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

2. Return Eligibility

• Barware, Leather, & Apparel: Items must be in original condition with tags and original protective packaging intact.
• Gourmet Food & Syrups: For health and food safety standards, edible provisions (syrups, sauces, pecans) must be unopened and factory sealed.
• Cigars: Cigars must remain in their original sealed humidified five-pack or box packaging.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Initiating a return is simple:

1. Email our concierge at info@charredoakreserve.shop with your Order # (e.g. COR-123456).
2. We will provide a prepaid prepaid return shipping label.
3. Affix the label to your securely packed parcel and drop it off at any authorized FedEx or USPS location.

4. Refund Processing

Once your return parcel arrives at our Louisville warehouse and is verified by our team, refunds are processed back to your original Stripe card within 3 to 5 business days.
